  Also known as Moon Festival, this celebration is probably the second most anticipated next to the Spring Festival.
the 15th day of the eighth month of the Chinese calendar is celebrated - between September and early October in the Gregorian calendar.
There are several theories about the origin of this feast. Some are linked to the legend of Chang E. Most people think it is a way to celebrate the end of the fall harvest in agricultural China.

  The most popular customs to date include eating moon cakes. mooncakes are round cookies with different fillings. On its surface, there are different artistic models that illustrate the story of Chang E flying to the moon. In different regions of moon cakes, they have different flavors.

  The round moon cake symbolizes the reunification of families. Today, people give moon cakes to their relatives and friends as a wish for a long and happy life.
